Mission Statement
It is the goal of the Newman Group to provide effective, efficient brokerage to meet the needs of individuals and/or businesses seeking real estate locations within the San Francisco Bay Area.
We at the Newman Group believe everyone is entitled to fair and equitable transactions in their business environment. With myriad negotiations and agreements occurring on a daily basis, it is vital we maintain our integrity and reputation. We have established four basic work rules to guide us in our business.
I. LAWFULNESS
We do not do anything unlawful, nor do we undertake a matter which may have the appearance of impropriety.
II. INTEGRITY
We do not undertake any work which causes us to compromise our personal integrity.
III. PERFORMANCE
We are a performance based company. We earn our reputation in each new transaction. As such, our company is only as successful as the last transaction we have concluded for our clients.
IV. FUN
We try to keep our work in perspective. We look forward to a workplace which is not only productive, but fun. Life is far too short not to keep work in proper perspective.
